Meet Pen Light's founder, Kristen "K" Castrataro
​
K is a fifth-generation New England farm kid and former Ag Extension Agent at the University of Rhode Island.
She has on-farm experience growing and selling fruits and vegetables, milking
cows, managing livestock, and conducting agritourism.
​
Her work is driven by the conviction that the people feeding our bodies and souls shouldn't feel as if they're starving themselves.
